      In many English-speaking countries, yes! But in the UK (and New Zealand?), a chemist is a pharmacist—someone whose job is to give out prescription drugs.

    Hi, Caelum! I am not an English teacher but I will try to help you. I used to confuse both tenses like you. But one day my teacher told me that we use Past Simple when we say when the action happened. For example: “I watched a movie yesterday”. On the other hand, we use Present Perfect when we don’t say exactly when the action happened. For instance: “I have seen your brother”. Of course there are many other cases, but I think this one is the easiest to understand.

If you got a sick, you need to see a doctor.He will ask you about the symptoms,then give you the prescription.you will take it and go to a pharmacy.you will get your medicine from a pharmacist.you take it according the rules.you maybe feel drowsy and should take a sleep.after that,you feel really good and get restored.
Is that right?

Because “head pain” it’s two words, it mean must be two line. And headache it’s one word-one line like in quiz.

I really like your method, it helps me understand and remember many words in it.
In My country lots people want over the counter even though don’t see a doctor. If someones have some symtoms they will go to the Drug store first to get their medicines. In my opinion, it’s not good for their health.
