Hi Alex I think that the expresion of “not siree bob” come from Starsky and Hutch, you can find the video if you write on You tube: Starsky and Hutch – Yes Siree Bob
You should listen “not siree BOB” at the begining of the video

Thanks for this lesson. It is a little bit hard to know in which cases I can use each of them. I’m confused whit number 5: “Can we say we did and no”

    Well, it uses when you tell about fake help. For example,
    A: a teacher asked us to help with a school event. Will we help?
    B: Can we not and say we did?
    It means that we will be registered as assistants, but we will not actually participate.
