The English expression “Better late than never” completely coincide with Russian equivalent, just word by word.
There is an addition to the saying “Better late than never” it is “But better never late”.

In the fourth idiom better late than never, beside it on the table you wrote : I wish I studied English when I was a child. For me, it is a form of regret, and it should be : I wish I had studied English when I was a child.
