I really like the way you prepare your lessons.
First, short explanation about the words. Then, example. After some words, summarizing of all of then, and in the end, just a short quiz to memorize all the words.
Thanks again ;)
Thanks to you, as well, knopfler86. Our brain needs lots of practice and reinforcement until language becomes natural, correct and obvious. Good to hear from you again and all the best!

I’m from Brazil and I’m studying English with my wife. Our teacher introduced us to the ENGVID and we enjoyed. We did the firstclass with you, Rebecca. Congratulations.
Welcome to engvid and so glad to know you enjoyed the lessons, LucianoMM. We have hundreds of lessons at different levels, which can help you move forward one step at a time. Please do thank your teacher from me as well. I think it’s wonderful that you and your wife are learning English together, so that you become language partners as well as life partners. I wish you all the best.
This is, in fact, a real nice way to learn new words every day, and I’ve never thought of that. Thank you so much!

my score is 10
Thanks, Rebecca. Great lesson:)
Thanks! Rebecca I have learned a lot from your videos, I hope I will pass my Ielts exam with the help of your tips and tricks. Thank you! :)
Thank you, Cladrin28. A wider vocabulary always helps when we speak and write; especially on exams, it’s critical to use some unusual words (in the right way, of course), instead of only using the standard words. This is an important trick to show the examiner you know more advanced English. Please also check out my goodluckielts.com and goodluckexams.com websites to get a higher score on your exam. Also watch some of our many lessons, specifically about doing well on the IELTS. All the best to you, my friend.

Thank you Rebecca so much! I didn’t know anything about these words.
Best Regards.
Thanks for your feedback, Ramiro. So glad to introduce you to some new vocabulary. My best wishes to you as well.
Hello Rebecca,
What is the difference between these two meanings:
“pay attention to”
“draw attention to”?
You or someone else could pay attention to something; however, usually you draw someone else’s attention to something. Or something draws your attention!
For example, in this lesson I drew your attention to several words related to movement. That means I pointed your attention in a certain direction. Hopefully, if you were not distracted, you paid attention while watching the lesson and learned the new words! Hope this helps. I wish you all the best.
10/10 A Great Class from a Great Teacher! :D
I hope I can stroll ahead the classes easily.

This type of lessons is very useful, thank you for that and keep it up! It really helps me to improve my vocabulary, there is lot of words I didn’t know before or I just didn’t use them. Thank you again from Czech Republic. ;)
guys can you teach me english :(
Thanks for the lesson Rebecca, it was good to expand those kind of word because we(english learner) tend to ignore this kind of word because we think that we already know them completely. For native english speaker they might learn these words when they are at kindergarten but for some english speaker we might see those word so late because we are likely to focus academic words.
Have a nice day everyone!
Thanks. You are absolutely right, Basri. This type of lesson expands your vocabulary horizontally so you have more precise vocabulary to describe different types of movement. I am so glad you found the lesson helpful. All the best to you.
Thanks for this lesson, you r such a good teacher.
Dear Ms. Rebecca.

Hey Rebecca! I cannot stop saying to everyone what awesome you and all teachers are, as you already have said it, I am increasing my vocabulary, even i can explain these new words along! I am glad being your student.
Bye for now! Be well!
Thank you very much for your kind comments. The best thing you said was that you can also explain these new words. One of the most effective ways to tell if you know something is to be able to explain it to someone else. I always ask my students to do that in class as it shows them what they are clear on and what they still need to understand. I wish you all the best, JGeorge.
