Sorry, but I did not understand Question #6.
The reason for adding “s” to a noun is not given. The noun may be plural (+ s) or possessive (+ ‘s).
she means in general if is it necessary, I think there is no need for a reason.

Is the last question in the quiz correct ? We need to put an apostrophe before s for nouns in possessive case. But we don’t use the apostrophe before s for the plural forms of nouns.
