Hello Emma,
You said when it is two verbs toghetter, something happens with the seconde one. In your example, “I like ‘reading'”. Is it correct to say “I like to ‘read'”?

(in general,generally speaking) but you say
I like to read. ıts meaning you want to reading at the moment. not sleepimg, swimming etc… you want to read at that time

I don’t understand about prep. Because in China, teacher said prep + basic verb, why here use -ing? just fond of/fan of/ interested in/ into/ use -ing, or all prep + verb use -ing?

I really enjoy Emma’s classes. I love the way she teaches. I am passionate about learning new things. I am fond of English, and I am a fan of EngVid. I am interested in learning more and more, and I am into this beautiful language. But I hate, I loathe some difficult things in English, like phrasal verbs. I can’t stand it. I am not much a fan of it, because it drives me crazy. I am really sick and tired of some English expressions. So I can say that they are not my cup of tea; they are not my thing!

But I have doubts about ( drives me crazy) according to your lessons it has same meaning like Hate but I watch a youtube channel billschannel and in his every video he use to say this sentence and according to his way of saying this sentence it’s feel like he is happy about that he loves that so can you please make it clear.
