Want to speak more clearly in English? Learn to pronounce the short I
! This is one of the most common pronunciation mistakes made by English learners, especially Russian, Spanish, Arabic, and Hebrew speakers. Learn the difference between saying this
& these
, sit
& seat
, his
& he’s
, and more. Unfortunately, when you say the short I incorrectly, it sounds like a different word completely. Practice with me and avoid thousands of pronunciation mistakes. For an easy, daily program to correct more grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation errors, take my online course, Correct Your English Errors in 10 Minutes a Day.

Thank you so much
This is really amazing and systematic way to dilevery of lecture and knowledge.
Best luck for better .
There are no long and short sounds in our language. As result we hear only one sound and do not hear differences… But musicians with trained ears understand these differences quickly.
Thank you for the kind and helpful pronunciation lesson. I think this lesson is good for my listening skill as well.
I confess: Spanish speakers make this mistake a lot, including me.

Dear Rebecca Teacher,
I’m Shekhar Banerjee from Bangladesh.I’m a little fan of yours. I hope you are doing well.
Could you make a video lesson on “objective” like where it is used after the verb or not.Gerund / infinitive as an objective or Transitive/ Intransitive verb behaviour as object.
