9/10 (wrong, in the first one) in fact for me both addresses are similar because zip code or postal code, province or state its the have the same meaning. Anyway the structure of both are the same.
In Portugal if you want to address a letter you must do more or less the same look at the structure:
Title, name
Street, doors number, apartment
Postal code, city
portugal.
In my case:
Mr. Jorge Pedroso
Rua Miguel Pais, 42, 1B
2830-356 Barreiro
Portugal
