Use the STAR METHOD for success in your JOB INTERVIEW

Situation, Task, Action, Result: Learn to answer job interview questions in an organized way that shows off your strengths. The S.T.A.R. method is a way for you to answer questions following a system. If you follow this system, you will be giving the interviewer the information they’re looking for, and you’re also a lot less likely to forget what you’re saying or get mixed up. Remember that when you use the S.T.A.R. method, you should do it in a way that sounds natural. Don’t force it and sound like a robot. Just keep it mind as a formula you can use to structure your answers…and get that job.

If you ask me, everyone sees that you are pretending and not being sincere when you are teaching, at least I see this because I am an English teacher too, my humble opinion is either do this job properly or don’t do it at all.
