You’re very welcome! Keep on studying. :)
9/10. I answered wrongly on second question. (I very much want a dog.) It is a sign of fate :)
Ha. Do you really want a dog?
Yes, Alex. Many pets and house near lake – is my desire. Where to start? May be a dog? :) But my answer in the quiz was wrong. :)
A dog is a great start! I have a pet bird, and that’s enough to keep me busy.
I got 9/10 you didn’t discussed about using ‘by or with’ on after the words of blank putting milk and sugar. Thank you.
Hmm, could you clarify what you mean?
Thanks Alex!!Great lesson!!
One question: isn´t it more natural to say “I enjoyed that very much” or “I want a dog very much” instead the examples above, although both ways are gramatically correct??
Absolutely! Those are more common ways of saying the same things.
I got a 9/10 Alex
Thank you for the video, you explain that very good
My regards fos Spain ;)
Cheers from Canada!
Useful lesson Alex
thank you very much
My pleasure, Luke. I hope you have a great day!
It’s not very easy but very helpful. I very much enjoyed that.
Thanks, Roberto! Just an FYI that you can also say “I enjoyed that very much” to sound more informal.
Thanks Alex.
You’re welcome, Chris. Good luck with your studies!

Thanks for your Lesson Alex. I got 9/10 :-) .
Nice work! Keep it up and have a nice weekend.
sorry!!! same mistacke
May be it is a question of details but is “very much” less or more intense than “very”?. So, “Peter is very much happy this day; Paul is very happy too”: Who is happier?
I would say they’re equally happy. “Very much” is just more formal.
I got 8 correct out of 10.
:)
Nice job! Keep it up. :)
I got a 100 on the quiz, thanks Alex.
Nice work, Geoffrey! Keep at it.

Mr. Alex I am kindly asking you to turned your lessons into pdf as Teacher Rebeeca so that we can print them, or download
Do you mean in the resources section of the website? I have some links there, but not many. I haven’t seen Rebecca’s PDFs. Hmm.

6/10 :(. I have a hard work to do
The important thing is that you’re trying. Take a break and try again tomorrow. :) Good luck!
What is the best way to say His brother is nice very much? Is it grammatically correct to say His brother nice very much?
The correct formal way is “Is brother is very much nice,” but it’s much more common to just use the standard “His brother is very nice.”
Oops. I of course meant to type “His brother” and not “Is brother.” :)
:( i get 6
It’s a tough lesson. Review it again tomorrow and try again. You can do it!
This exercises are excellents, and also there is the teacher Alex that is amazing as teacher!
I like your classes, because are very good, always.
That’s so kind of you. Thank you. :) Have a great week.
can you make video on this:-is to be,are to be,were to be,was to be,have to be,has to be,had to be,please
“Is to be” and all of its variants is a more formal way of saying “is supposed to be,” “is expected to be,” or “is going to be.”
He was to be the next company president. (He was supposed to be the next company president)
We are to be compensated for our work. (We are expected to be compensated/We are going to be compensated, aren’t we?)
Have to/has to/had to are semi-modal expressions that mean something is necessary. You can also use them to make a strong guess about something.
You have to be there at 9 o’clock. (You are required to be there at 9)
She has to be there by now! (I expect her to be there by now)
The prisoners had to be tied up. (It was required that the prisoners be tied up)
I hope this helps a little!

Im a little confussed, in questions 1 and 2, is before the verb and not the very much looks to give emphasis at verb. And techar Ale I think your class is a better one and all your project, if you allow me it could be much better if oyu could see your own progress and have all in order. Sure could be a paid version it worth for sure. I like to think Im clear with me english cause is basic and I hope dont offend.
