From my experience taking English classes, I can see the purpose of this video since we Spaniards tend to say the sentences with a flat entonation, so it’s a little bit more difficult for us to empathize an especific part.

This is caused Subtextual messaging. In interrogative circumlocution aka question tags deontic and epistemic stress solely determines intent rather than meaning. Syllable stress changes the function of the word as there are about 55 words I know where verb and noun look the same but differentiated by a shift in syllable stress. These are words such as: REBel(n.) reBEL(v.) insult,ally, compound, object, survey etc.
